Caroline has a broad leadership and commercial background; she has worked in senior management within a range of financial services organisations, covering areas as diverse as strategy, operations, marketing and product, & business development. In addition, she has been a consultant & project manager and more recently, in learning and development as a facilitator, coach and entrepreneur. She has worked in Europe, Asia and Australia and has a law degree and an Masters of Business (Marketing).
She joined Bupa in 2017 to work with the Transformation and Marketing teams on the Marketing Target Operating Model and subsequently was Acting Director, Customer Marketing before joining Bupa Dental Corporation in April 2018. Her focus is ensuring the delivery of excellent service and support to our network of Practices as we continue to grow the business.
Head of Transformation and Integration
Stephen has held a number of senior leadership roles in healthcare in Australia and internationally, spanning primary care, aged care services and health insurance.
Stephen specialises in change management, operations improvement, customer transformation and strategic marketing. He had led a number of large-scale multi-market projects including new market entry, digital platform implementation, post-acquisition integration and corporate re-branding.
Stephen holds a MBA with Macquarie University (Sydney).
Group Financial Compliance Manager
Peter manages BDC’s relationships with external auditors, coordinates and maintains BDC’s Risk Register, and works in tandem with internal teams throughout Bupa ANZ, including Risk and Compliance, Tax and Financial Control.
With two decades of experience in corporate finance, Peter is a chartered accountant who trained with Price Waterhouse and has worked for groups including Fujifilm and Waterford Crystal. For more than five years, he has been instrumental in supervising BDC’s financial compliance and processes.
Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Eduardo is responsible for the development of BDC’s Annual Operating Plan. He and his team also play an integral role in shaping strategy by providing insights and analytics on overall business performance.
MBA-qualified and a certified practice accountant, Eduardo has been an essential part of the BDC family since our business’s inception over ten years ago.
Group Practice Finance Manager
As part of the larger Bupa Health Services Finance team, Rebecca leads the practice finance team in the delivery of financial reporting for over 220 dental clinics across Australia and New Zealand. In addition to supporting practice performance, Rebecca and her team assist with forecasting and reporting costs for BDC functional teams.
Rebecca has played a key role in BDC and larger group initiatives for years. She was crucial in refining payroll delivery across Bupa ANZ and has acted as the lead in a number of changes to financial systems.
Dr Bill O’Reilly
Bill provides a unique mix of clinical skills, legal background and corporate experience, allowing him to understand and advise on the relationship between health care providers, insurers and patients. He sits on the National Australia Bank National Advisory Council, on the Medical Advisory Panel for BUPA Australasia, is Chairman of Employers Mutual Limited, is the Independent Chairman of the Work Injury Research Foundation, and is a Director on the Board of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of Australia.
Bill’s clinical career has included private dental practice, service with the Royal Australian Navy and Manchester Unity Australia. Bill served two terms as the president of the Australian Dental Association NSW Branch and as the president of the National Australian Dental Association. He is the president of the Commonwealth Dental Association and has chaired three of the standing committees of the Federation Dentaire Internationale in Geneva Switzerland, the World Dental Federation. Additionally, Bill has been admitted as a barrister of the Supreme Court of NSW.
Group Information Services Manager
George has over 30 years of experience in information technology with a strong focus on streamlining business processes using technology as an enabler.
George is responsible for a wide range of services including telephone, application management, infrastructure management, help desk, business analysis and project management. George oversees critical systems such as purchase portals, Pronto ERP and Salesforce and running new initiatives. He and his team also work with numerous IT providers in order to deliver services to BDC dental clinics.
