Dental Corporation partners with Dentists and practices who are highly experienced, considered leaders in their fields and have established, well run practices. Our dental partners are termed 'Practice Principals' or Principal Dentists'.

Given their success in practice development, we do not become involved in day to day operations of the practice but rather provide the infrastructure and support to continue to simplify management of and grow the practice.

Our business model is designed to:

3. Incentivise Principal Dentists under long term service contracts.
    
4. Assist in identifying and utilizing opportunities for practice growth and development.
    
5. Enable Principal dentists to retain control and responsibility of the daily operations of the practice.
    
6. Support the development of our staff through industry recognised internal training programs.
