Many of our Practice Principals are seeking to grow their practice by bringing in new practitioners to work as part of their team as Associate Dentists. We are assisting this process by seeking to identify top dental talent across all ages to work as Associates.
In the future, as Dental Corporation grows and opens new centres, or Practice Principals retire, we will be seeking to promote Associate Dentists to the role of Practice Principal. This is an incentive based role for those who seek to have management input into practices and share in the associated rewards.
