When Dental Corp acquires a dental practice, the dental practitioner(s) who owned the dental practice becomes a Practice Principal dentist. Practice Principal dentists continue to have direct responsibility for the operations and performance of their dental practice, and are rewarded for the growth of the dental practice through Dental Corporation’s incentive program.
We have an active acquisitions program and believe we have developed a financially and personally rewarding offer for Practice Principal dentists. An incentive based remuneration structure has been developed to encourage principals to grow the earnings of the dental practice. They further share in the upside of Dental Corporation’s growth as shareholders as their purchase consideration includes a share component.

Opportunities for Associate Dentists
Many of our Practice Principal dentists are seeking to grow their dental practice by bringing in new dental practitioners to work as part of their team as Associate Dentists. We are assisting this process by seeking to identify top dental talent across all ages to work as Associates.
In the future, as Dental Corp grows and opens new centres, or Practice Principal dentists retire, we will be promoting Associate Dentists to the role of Practice Principal. This is an incentive based role for those who seek to have management input into practices and share in the associated rewards.
