David is professionally qualified in both accounting and business administration, and has many years of operational experience as a CFO and General Manager. He has full day-to-day responsibility for the integration and ongoing support of all practices; including the People, Finance and IT functions. David is also responsible for management reporting, risk management and compliance.

Natalie Roney

General Manager – Strategy, Operations and Marketing

Natalie has an extensive background in strategy development, business management, establishing start-up businesses and marketing across a range of industries. Natalie primarily oversees the business operations, all marketing activity and communications. She is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth and development opportunities.

Tanya Blok

Practice Support Manager

Tanya is a former dental practice manager as well as having management experience in other fields. Tanya has a great understanding of the operations and issues relating to practices. Tanya is the first point of contact for our practices regarding day-to-day operational matters.

Anita Sardelich

Practice Support Manager

Upon commencing her dental career in NSW in 1992 Anita brings forth a wealth of knowledge and experience ranging from all clinical aspects to Dental Practice Management. Previously working within 2 large corporate healthcare providers Anita was directly involved in the successful establishment and prosperous continuation of numerous dental practices throughout WA, NSW and SA.

Anita cares for and provides excellent service to her dedicated portfolio of practices across Sydney. Anita is the first point of contact for her practices regarding day-to-day operational matters.

Osk Gunnarsdottir

Practice Support Manager

Osk has extensive experience and knowledge in the operations of a dental practice. As a trained dental hygienist with a number of years in practice management, Osk has an in-depth understanding of both the clinical and business aspects of the practice.

Based in Victoria, Osk provides dedicated support to our Victorian practices and will also care for our WA practices. Osk is the first point of contact for her practices regarding day-to-day operational matters.

Steve Ralphs

People Manager

Steve is a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resource Institute and has many years of experience across a range of industries. Steve is integral to the development and implementation of our People strategies, including training, development and resourcing programs. Steve is the contact point for the practices relating to any payroll queries, recruitment needs and HR matters.

Aidan Tutty

Financial Controller

Aidan is a chartered accountant with many years experience as a professional auditor, and subsequent commercial, financial control and planning and analysis roles with multinational companies. Aidan is instrumental in establishing and controlling robust financial systems and processes across the business.

Kara Hohaia

IT Manager

Kara has over 10 years experience in business systems analysis, implementation and development. Kara is responsible for IT across all of Dental Corporation; including hardware, software and telecommunications supporting both our Corporate Centre and our practices.

Leonie Nichols

Marketing Manager

Leonie has an extensive background in marketing, events, and PR across a variety of industries including online health, beauty and sport. Leonie will be focusing on marketing and PR strategy for the group while also supporting our practices to develop and implement tailored marketing programs.
