David Bonham
Chief Operating Officer
David is professionally qualified in both accounting and business administration, and has many years of operational experience in CFO and General Manager positions. David has worked across many industries and countries for large multinational companies. David has a broad range of experience across finance and accounting, IT and business systems, and operational management in varied businesses including professional accounting, supply chain and both industrial product and fresh produce manufacturing. A Six Sigma Champion, trained in Statistical Process Control and experienced in implementing and managing quality stems (ISO, HACCP), David has full day-to-day responsibility for the integration and ongoing support of all practices. This includes leading the management team, including all functional areas of Marketing, Operations, Business Process, Finance, HR and IT.
Osk Gunnarsdottir
Operations Manager
Osk has extensive experience in the management of a dental practice. As a trained dental hygienist with many years in practice management, she has an in-depth understanding of both the clinical and business aspects of running a dental practice. Osk and the Operations Team are responsible for supporting our practices throughout the pre settlement process and providing ongoing operational support, including practice growth and development for those practice requesting these additional services.
Steve Ralphs
Human Resources Manager
Steve is a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resource Institute and has many years of experience across a range of industries. Steve is integral to the development and implementation of our People strategies, including training, development and resourcing programs. Steve is the contact point for the practices relating to any payroll queries, recruitment needs and HR matters.
Tonya Rohloff
Business Process Manager
Tonya is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt (internationally recognised business process & improvement specialist) and brings a wealth of specific experience in this role. In addition to her Six Sigma experience Tonya also has many years experience in accounting management and business administration. Tonya manages the day to day transactional service needs of our practices, with direct responsibility for Payroll and Accounts Payable. Her role is heavily focused on the identification and implementation of efficient business processes, with continual improvement via sustainable business systems.
Aidan Tutty
Financial Controller
Aidan is a chartered accountant with many years experience as a professional auditor, and subsequent commercial, financial control and planning and analysis roles with multinational companies. Aidan is instrumental in establishing and controlling robust financial systems and processes across the business.
Eduardo Khalil
Accounting Manager
Eduardo is a Certified Practicing Accountant with several years experience in Australia and overseas; as well as being a qualified Engineer. Eduardo is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of both corporate and practice financial reporting, and the processing and payment of the monthly Practice Principal dental draw. Eduardo manages the day to day operational activities of the finance function, with a focus on driving continuous improvement projects ensuring best practice within the team.
Michelle Tayler
Marketing Manager
Michelle brings to us in excess of a decade’s marketing experience across a range of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Outdoor & Leisure. Michelle’s strengths include direct to consumer marketing as well as business to business marketing where relationship management is paramount. Michelle is responsible for the marketing strategy of the Dental Corporation corporate brand, the DENTAL CARE NETWORK™ consumer brand and developing marketing plans for individual practices.
