Dr Ray Khouri

Dr Ray Khouri

Executive Director

Much of the original Dental Corporation vision was that of Dr Ray Khouri, a Sydney based dentist who has had a long standing dream to undertake a consolidation and corporatisation of the top end dental market.

Ray is co-founder and Executive Director. His role focuses on supporting the operations of the practices and the requirements of practice principals. The role also includes identifying and reviewing potential new practice acquisitions.

Ray has had a 17 year career in clinical dentistry. During this time he acquired, grew and sold a number of separate practices across Sydney. Each was sold with the gross revenues having increased under Ray’s ownership. More recently he has been Director of Dental Services for the dental arm of large corporate healthcare provider, a role which included establishing multiple dental practices from start-up.

Ray has a strong understanding of the dental market, how to grow dental practices and the incentives and drivers that work best for both dentists and auxiliary staff. He has significant experience in recruiting and managing associate dentists and auxiliary staff and establishing relationships with suppliers.
