Dental Corporation was founded in 2007 to partner with and acquire high quality general and specialist dental practices, run by experienced practitioners. We are the premier dental services organisation in Australia, with 91 practice sites in our group today and with annualised revenue exceeding $200 million.
We believe that the consolidation of the dental industry will happen at a fast pace. Dental Corp has the financial backing and management expertise in place to lead this and to achieve our goal to partner with a minimum of 150 practices across Australia by mid-2011.
Our fundamental approach to ongoing practice management is one of autonomy. We are seeking to partner with top practitioners who have successfully built and operated practices for a number of years. Given their success in practice development, we do not aim to become involved in the day to day operations of their practices but rather incentivise and provide the infrastructure to continue to grow their practice.
